United States : COMVERSE secures managed services contract from UTS [TendersInfo (India)](TendersInfo (India) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) A provider of telecommunication technology in the Caribbean, United Telecommunication Services (UTS), has announced selection of Comverse for a multi-year managed services contract. The contract is for provision of operations and application support services and maintenance for UTS's billing and active customer care solution. Comverse will have to provide varied managed services, including: operational readiness and support, marketing consultancy, and also application and infrastructure support for UTS's Comverse ONE CV system.
