Singapore,United States : STARHUB selects TEKTRONIX COMMUNICATIONS [TendersInfo (India)](TendersInfo (India) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) StarHub has selected Tektronix Communications to provide Radio Access Network (RAN) performance assurance for StarHub customers during the entire year and especially during The Singapore Grand Prix, National Day, Christmas and New Year celebrations. StarHub plans development of a monitoring service for offering mobile access and customer experience assurance, using GeoSoft RAN probes, along with Tektronix Communications' Iris Session Analyzer (ISA) and touchpoint customer care services. GeoSoft RAN probes extract real-time, geo-located performance data, and ISA's Call Trace functionality monitors signaling from the device all the way through the network.
