BRIEF: Twain Harte man pleads guilty in child porn case [The Modesto Bee :: ](Modesto Bee (CA) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) June 23--A Twain Harte man on Monday in federal court pleaded guilty to four counts of child sexual exploitation and one count of receiving child pornography. Federal prosecutors said Curtis Benjamin Hults created images of four children engaging in sexually explicit conduct, stored them on a digital camera and transferred the images to a computer. The crimes occurred from May 1, 2008 through October 8, 2012. Hults also downloaded more than 600 images of minors in sexually explicit conduct. The prosecutors said some of the children were prepubescent and some images depicted violence. The defendant is scheduled to be sentenced Sept. 2 and faces 15 to 30 years in federal prison for each count of child sexual exploitation.
