Russian Federation : ROSTELECOM launches triple-play services in SIBERIA [TendersInfo (India)](TendersInfo (India) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Russian national operator Rostelecom has launched a promotion for triple-play services in Siberia. Until 31 January, the operator will be make available its offerings in all regions, except the Tuva republic. The service package features fixed internet, IPTV, local, zonal and DLD/ILD telephony services. The offer includes 100 minutes of monthly zonal and DLD calls, a Karaoke VAS service, and a Multi-Room IPTV service.
