The five-day, small-group intensive education and certification program will be held in several locations across the United States throughout the remainder of the year, beginning on June 16 in San Francisco. The Encompass Administrator Certification Program validates and recognizes Encompass administrators who demonstrate expert-level proficiency in maintenance, configuration and troubleshooting of Encompass. Successful certification candidates will possess the skills to help organizations accelerate business solutions, increase productivity and leverage the full benefits of their investment in Encompass technology. To ensure that the administrators have the requisite experience with Encompass and the mortgage process, applicants must pass a rigorous knowledge assessment to be eligible for the certification. The five-day Encompass Administrator Certification program will include lab exercises simulating real-world situations, as well as team assignments based on established best practices for administering Encompass. Administrators whocomplete the program and pass the final assessment will be designated as Certified Encompass Administrators. Certified Encompass Administrators will have a number of exclusive advantages and opportunities, including the ability to participate in special training opportunities and town hall forums.
