A. Purchase of hardware and software The Purchaser intends to purchase the hardware and software necessary for the proper functioning of the system supporting the management of the Institute. Contracting Authority intends to use client stations owned (PCs with Windows) and printers. B. Delivery and implementation of an integrated information system hereinafter ZSI and support in the use of the system for a period of 24 months 1 Scope of the contract: Delivery of hardware, software and implementation of the system (max. 12 months) and support while maintaining IIS for 24 months from the end of implementation. Delivery, implementation and support while maintaining ZSI includes, in particular: a) the provision by the Contractor of hardware, software and licenses necessary to run IIS for about 100 users, b) the adaptation of application software for design-software, provide design documentation, source code and the transfer by the Contractor to the Employer copyrights to songs. Provision for the transfer of property under copyright law, referred to above will apply only to the specific solutions dedicated to the Employer, c) the performance by the Contractor to the Employer services to configure, integrate, test and implementation of the integrated and the transfer of data necessary to the functioning of the new system. The Purchaser has programs: - Financial accounting, materials management, human resources and payroll, fixed assets made by the company Prokom using Informix database, - Time and attendance program made by Unique SA in Cracow, - Own program of the Institute - timesheets. The Purchaser expects to migrate data from these systems. d) conducting training for users of ZSI with different profiles and levels, e) provision of guarantees and removing any errors, f) introducing modifications and extensions ZSI to the extent agreed in the contract, g) provide a mechanism for backup h) support for the maintenance of the modules running at the time of implementation of receiving the module for the final (whole ZSI) i) support for maintaining the overall ZSI for a period of 24 months from the end of the deployment. 2 Areas of study: - Accounting (financial accounting, management accounting) - Materials and services (purchases, sales, materials management and storage), - Human resources management (personnel administration, salaries and benefits administration, payroll), - Self-service employee portal to automate HR and payroll processes (time and attendance, leave, delegations, timesheets, payslips, etc.), project management (including primarily scientific research), - Planning, - Budgeting and controlling, - Customer Relationship Management (CRM) 3 Specific requirement Contractor name : COMARCH POLSKA S.A.
