Both have already taken up their positions with MDSL, reporting to Global TEM Sales Director, Philippe Lignac.



AJ Russell AJ has worked in the TEM industry for the past ten years, previously at PAETEC Software (PINNACLE), and brings extensive experience and expertise in the areas of information technology, telecommunications and consulting services. Over the last eighteen years he has successfully worked in a variety of roles including sales management, channel management, client director and account executive, providing technology-based solutions to the Fortune-1000 and Government sectors.

Favoring a consultative approach, AJ works with clients to identify specific challenges that can be solved through the intelligent implementation of technology. He has led the development of a large number of solutions for such notable organizations as US Postal Service, Citigroup, Partners Healthcare, EMC and others.


Richard Gumbleton Rick Gumbleton has worked in the TEM industry for the past two years. Prior to joining MDSL he was VP Sales, with global responsibilities, at Vision Wireless. He led a team tasked with growing the company's existing customers' spend and developing new relationships with Fortune-1000, Federal, State, Local Government Agencies and leading machine-to-machine (M2M) companies.

Prior to Vision Wireless, Rick was a successful sales director in the competitive Wireless, Wireline and M2M sectors with Sprint Nextel. Rick's focus has been national and international sales to Fortune-500 Companies, concentrating on the domestic Big Three automotive manufacturers, Tier Ones and multinational organizations.
