The Shuman Law Firm announces that it is investigating potential claims against certain officers and directors of Quality Systems (News - Alert), Inc. The Firm's investigation relates to the allegations raised in a November 19, 2013, securities class action filed against the Company in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. The complaint alleges that for years, the Company's financial disclosures and guidance were misleading and inaccurate and projected a false picture of the Company's finances. The Company, its founder and Chief Executive Officer have also been sued by its second largest shareholder, Ahmed Hussein, who has alleged that these individuals committed fraud and negligently misrepresented QSI's earnings growth guidance.
