United States : TNCI names New VP, Network Operations [TendersInfo (India)](TendersInfo (India) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) TNCI Operating Company LLC has appointed Victor Flores as its new VP, Network Operations. In this new role, Flores responsibility is for the overall operations and planning of the TNCI network. He will also look after the TNCI IT Department, as most of IT's infrastructure, scope and responsibilities are closely intertwined with network operations. Flores has more than 20 years of experience in engineering and operating telephone networks for both ILECs and CLECs.
