Violin Memory Joins OpenStack Foundation to Bring Flash Storage Solutions to Cloud Computing EnvironmentsSANTA CLARA, Calif. --(Business Wire)-- Violin Memory®, Inc. As a new OpenStack Foundation corporate member, Violin offers its all flash storage arrays with an iSCSI plug-in option for customers running business applications on the OpenStack platform. Currently in beta is a Fibre Channel plug-in supporting OpenStack that will be available in the second quarter of the calendar year. For enterprise level compatibility and rapid customer implementations in OpenStack environments, Violin is also participating in the Red Hat OpenStack Cloud Infrastructure Partner Network.
