Cunningham Lindsey Group Appoints Dr. Richard Ward as Executive Chairman and Jane Tutoki as Chief Executive Officer
TAMPA, Fla. --(Business Wire)--
The Board of Directors of Cunningham Lindsey Group ("Cunningham
Lindsey") today announced the appointment of Dr. Richard Ward as
Executive Chairman of the Board and Jane Tutoki as Chief Executive
Officer, effective June 9, 2014.
The appointment of Ms. Tutoki is part of a planned succession, and as
part of the transition, President and CEO Philippe Bes will remain at
the company as President through August 31, 2014, after which he will
retire. Following his retirement, he will serve as a senior advisor to
the company.

Dr. Ward served as CEO of Lloyd's of London, the world's leading
specialist insurance market from 2006 to 2013. Previously, Dr. Ward
served as CEO and Chairman at the International Petroleum Exchange
(IPE), which was rebranded as ICE Futures, and held various senior
positions at BP. He currently serves as Chairman of Brit plc nd as a
Non-Executive Director of Partnership Assurance Group plc. He previously
served as a Board Member of the Geneva Association, the leading think
tank of the world's largest insurers and reinsurers. In 2009, Dr. Ward
was a member of the Insurance Industry Working Group, led by UK
Chancellor Alistair Darling, and contributed to a report on the
challenges and opportunities facing the global insurance business.

Ms. Tutoki joins Cunningham Lindsey from AIG Property and Casualty,
where she served as Global Head of Claims Operations since 2012.
Previously, Ms. Tutoki worked as both Head of Americas Region and
Executive Director of Global Insurance for Xchanging plc. She held a
number of senior positions at Zurich Financial Services from 2002 to
2010, including Global Chief Claims Officer and Chief Claims Officer,
North America Commercial Division. Ms. Tutoki began her time at Zurich
in senior claims executive roles at its Farmers personal lines business,
including as head of its auto claims division. She holds a Juris Doctor
degree and is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter. She began her
career as an attorney working for numerous insurance companies, later
serving as in-house counsel at Hartford Financial Services.
