ZTE Welcomes Ruling by Dusseldorf Court in SmartPhone Case

ZTE (News - Alert) Corporation welcomes the ruling by Dusseldorf District court in favor of the company in the patent litigation initiated by SmartPhone Technologies LLC, an affiliate of Acacia Research (News - Alert) Corporation.

The Dusseldorf court ordered SmartPhone to bear the legal expenses of the case in full after rejecting allclaims by SmartPhone. ZTE's operations in Germany are unaffected by the litigation.
