XYPRO Completes Management BuyoutSIMI VALLEY, Calif. --(Business Wire)-- The management team of XYPRO Technology Corporation, a leading provider of mission critical security solutions, has successfully completed a management buyout from the company's founders, and previous owners, Dale Blommendahl and Sheila Johnson. The buyout has been led by Lisa Partridge, XYPRO's President, along with Barry Forbes and Andrew Price, who are both executives with the company. Headquartered in Simi Valley, XYPRO Technology Corporation was founded in 1983 and develops security software solutions primarily for HP NonStop users, who rely on XYPRO to protect their critical user and application data. XYPRO's employees are predominantly located in Simi Valley, California, with sales and support offices around the world. "XYPRO has been a pioneer and a strong participant in th mission critical security space for many years," said Partridge, "this buyout positions us to continue to grow with the industry and our customers." Partridge, Forbes and Price have over 60 years of HP NonStop security experience between them, and have been at XYPRO for many years in various roles. Moving forward, Lisa will serve as President and CEO, Barry will remain Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and Andrew will move into a new role of Vice President, Technology. Other changes of note include the promotion of Richard Nissenbaum from Controller to CFO and Ellen Gershev from QA Manager to Director of Engineering. No other significant staff changes are planned. XYPRO's management team will continue to innovate, grow and execute the strategy for the company. The Board will be made up of members of the executive management team, Dale Blommendahl and Sheila Johnson.
