The campaign - titled "We Know Why You Work" - reflects MB's experience in working with thousands of business owners who note that money is not their key motivator. The new ad campaign, created by Chicago-based Agency MSI, expands on the MB "Means Business" theme by showcasing a new, distinctive perspective on the business owner's innermost motives and driving factors. From highlighting how business owners value employees as though they are family to the sense of accomplishment businesses have when building something that adds value, the campaign features a variety of reasons "why they work" via broadcast, print and digital elements.
