By moving to the new platform, BMC was also able to consolidate its data management team to a single Oracle Database Appliance administrator, allowing server and storage engineers to focus on other high priority projects. Additionally, the unique capacity-on-demand licensing model of the new platform can equip BMC with the flexibility to scale up and down depending on need.
