In this newly created position, Wayne will lead Accruent's professional services, customer support, engineering, IT operations and human resource teams. During his tenure, both revenue and head count tripled while he led teams with as many as 1,200 "Rackers" that provide world class cloud support to their customers. Wayne also led operations and implementation teams and served as the global head of human resources for two years. While leading HR, Wayne helped the company acquire top talent to succeed in toe-to-toe competition with cloud industry leaders. Prior to Rackspace, Wayne led professional services teams at Dell and Accenture, and worked in commercial real estate for six years at Trammel Crow. He received his BBA in Business Analysis and Research and his MBA in Finance from Texas A&M University.
