New Business Division Launches Puget into Service Center Operations

HOUSTON --(Business Wire)--

Puget Technologies (OTCBB: PUGE), an emerging leader in the 3D printing sector, announces it has created a new business division which will oversee North American operations and will operate as a service bureau to coordinate remote customer support, after-market warranty services, and returns management. This comes in preparation for supporting new product distributors, including Amazon.com (News - Alert) and other retailers, as part of the agreement signed with Shenzhen Weistek Co., Ltd earlier this year, establishing Puget as the exclusive service center for North America.

The new division brings together leading supply chain and reverse logistics processes, along with Puget's customer experience expertise onto a single team that will drive innovation and automation across internal and partner organizations to support Weistek USA products and services. In addition, this division will oversee recently selected, Houston-based SupportChoice, which is part of the industry's first "PC to Printer" support service model for the IdeaWerk high performance 3D printers, which recently went on sale.

"Our new division will establish Puget as the vanguard of the customer experience for the next generation of 3D printing technology for the domestic consumer," said Gary Valentine, President and CEO of Puget, commenting on the new division. "The division will rovide a higher level of focus to the processes and functions that will help us grow while preserving the quality of the brand, customer satisfaction, and fiscal accountability throughout the business."

The new division will manage operating costs associated with post-sale customer set-up and support. It will utilize SupportChoice's platform for complete customer and product lifecycle management, accelerating the development of an efficient and cost-effective service infrastructure as Weistek USA continues to expand distribution opportunities.

Consumers can now pre-order their IdeaWerk high performance 3D printers online at www.weistekusa.com for the special introductory price of $999, and are encouraged to place their orders now, as quantities are limited.
