(b) Director Resignation
On April 17, 2014, Crumbs Bake Shop, Inc. (the "Company") received notice from
Julian R. Geiger that he will resign from the Company's Board of Directors
effective April 22, 2014. Mr. Geiger's notification did not indicate that he was
resigning due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its
operations, policies or practices.
