Mr. Rossiter and Mr. Beebe will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational support for their respective regions and will focus on growing the Company to meet the demands of the global oil and natural gas industries. For the remainder of 2014, Mr. Fraelic will continue in his current role working through Mr. Rossiter and Mr. Beebe to achieve the Company's strategic goals and responsibilities. Mr. Rossiter has been with the organization for over 18 years, with 10 years in Houston, and has provided tremendous support in the growth of the Southern United States operations. Mr. Beebe has over 18 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and has been with the organization for over 6 years, most recently as the President of Enerflex's wholly-owned subsidiary Gas Drive Global ("Gas Drive"). With the appointment of Mr. Beebe to President, Canada, the Company has appointed Mr. Trevor Kramer as General Manager, Gas Drive. Mr. Kramer will assume the responsibilities for leading and managing the Gas Drive business in both Canada and the Northern United States.
