KYOCERA to Start Supplying Smartphones to SAMART I-MOBILE for Sales in Thailand(ENP Newswire Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) ENP Newswire - 11 April 2014 Release date- 10042014 - Kyocera Corporation today announced that it will start supplying a new model of smartphone based on its DIGNO M toSamart I-Mobile - a major mobile phone sales company in Thailand. While designed and manufactured by Kyocera, the phone will carry I-Mobile's high-tier 'IQX' brand and be called the I-Mobile IQX KEN. Sales are planned to begin in April. Kyocera's DIGNO M Android smartphone was first launched by au in 2013 in Japan. The handset possesses a large 5-inch display screen and high-volume battery all in the lightest weight - at just 134 grams - with waterproof features. It also comes equipped with Kyocera's award-winning proprietary Smart Sonic Receiver sound technology. Moreover, a smooth, curved back that tapers off to edges with a slim profile of just 3mm this smartphone has an elegant design which in January was awarded the internationally renowned 'iF design award 2014.'
