Engineering Scott Rotman joined Hatch Mott MacDonald as a senior specialist for environmental permitting in the Iselin headquarters of the North American engineering firm.

Rotman will focus on supporting and developing the firm's environmental practice, with a focus on compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act and other permitting issues. He is a former courtroom attorney whose clients included the Army Corps of Engineers, Caltrans, the U.S. Defense Department and various state transportation agencies.



Health care Nicole E. French was named regional director of Acelleron Medical Products, the durable medical equipment division of Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services.

French's new role with the Eatontownbased company makes her responsible for establishing and growing the maternal health platform in New Jersey and Pennsylvania markets. She will create strategic partnerships with hospitais, OBGYN centers, pediatrician offices and mothers' groups in an effort to educate and promote the new maternal benefits within the Affordable Care Act.


Before joining PHHC, French worked for 15 years in the financial industry at Goldman Sachs & Co. and Citigroup Inc., specializing in financial planning and analysis, corporate strategy and other fields.

Law Meagher Emanuel Laks Goldberg & Liao LLP, based in Princeton, named Frank Liao equity partner in its intellectual property practice.

Prior to joining Meagher Emanuel, an intellectual property law firm, Liao served as vice president for U.S. parent operations at Technicolor/Thomson Licensing. He received his law degree from Rutgers Law School in Newark and is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York.

Chad Yablonskyj oined the Woodbridgebased law firm Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer P.A. as a member of its banking and finance and commercial real estate services team.

Prior to joining Wilentz, Yablonsky practiced in Morris County, where he focused on corporate transactions. He received his law degree from Seton Hall School of Law in 2014 In his new role, Yablonsky will concentrate on commercial and residential transactions and financing.

Real estate Robin-Ann Juron, a senior property manager at Bergman Real Estate, was named president of the Building Owners & Managers Association of New Jersey.

During a two-year term as president, Juron will oversee the organization as it focuses on growing and retaining membership and educating members about new legislation, regulations and requirements pertaining to the commercial real estate industry.

Juron, who has been with the Woodbridgebased real estate firm for more than 10 years, has been a member of BOMA-New Jersey since 1998.

Westfield-based REDCOM Design and Construction LLC named John Malabre vice president of New York operations.

Malabre, who has more than 29 years of experience in the construction industry, most recently worked out of the firm's Westfield office as a senior project manager of New York projects. He will oversee the firm's recently opened office in Floral Park, N.Y.

Jennifer White was hired as a property acquisitions specialist by CW Solutions, a JVlillstone-based firm offering title research and other real estate-related services.

White is supporting infrastructure development projects involving right-of-way and easement acquisition for the region's utility companies. Her responsibilities include identifying sites, negotiating and acquiring land, land rights.

Prior to joining CW Solutions, she served as a financial analyst for Cushman & Wakefield of Georgia, where she was responsible for creating financial models of commercial properties.
