ISPA Calls on Customers to Rate Their ISP(Targeted News Service Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) LONDON, March 26 -- The Internet Services Providers' Association issued the following news release: ISPA, the voice of the UK internet industry and Thinkbroadband (http://www.thinkbroadband.com/%E2%80%8E) are calling on customers to rate their ISP, as part of the 2014 ISPA Awards (http://www.ispaawards.org.uk/) . The Customer Choice Award goes to the ISP best rated by its own customers who take part in a short survey, looking at things such as speed, price, customer service and other important areas. The winner will be revealed at the ISPAs ceremony in July and the survey will run until 25April. As a reward for those taking the time, there will be a prize draw where a respondent will win tickets to the ISPA Awards ceremony on 10 July in London. Nicholas Lansman, ISPA Secretary General, said: "the Customer Choice Award is in its third year, and allows customers to have a direct say in the experience they've had with their ISP in the last year." Thinkbroadband will be running the survey, with Thinkbroadband Editor and Chair of Judges Andrew Ferguson saying "The ISPA Awards are now in their sixteenth year and with the mixture of hard work by the judging panel, technical testing and voting by customers the awards represent a wide spectrum of the industry and provide a chance for the many hardworking staff at providers to receive some recognition for their dedication over the last twelve months."
