(NASDAQ: MLNX), a leading supplier of high-performance, end-to-end interconnect solutions for data center servers and storage systems, today announced the promotion of Ido Bukspan to vice president of chip design, Darrin Chen to vice president of worldwide channels, Tziporet Koren to vice president of networking software and Hillel Chapman to senior principal engineer. Mr. Bukspan and Mr. Chapman will report to Roni Ashuri, senior vice president of engineering, Mr. Chen will report to Marc Sultzbaugh, senior vice president of worldwide sales, and Mrs. Koren will report to Amit Krig, vice president of software project management. Ido Bukspan has served as vice president of chip design since March 2014. From 2010 to 2014, Mr. Bukspan was senior director of chip design at Mellanox Technologies and was responsible for chip design and post-silicon management. From 2000 to 2010, he successfully held various roles within the chip design and post-silicon team. Mr. Bukspan graduated with honors with a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Tel-Aviv University. Darrin Chen has served as Mellanox's vice president of worldwide channels since March 2014 and is responsible managing a global two-tier distribution model for the Company. Mr. Chen brings over 20 years of experience in the technology industry with an extensive background in global sales channels, product marketing, communications, brand awareness, programs, sales training and event planning. Previously, Mr. Chen held various management roles at Qlogic in product marketing, channel marketing and channel sales from 1999 to 2008. From 1996 to 1999, he served as a product marketing manager at Seagate Technology. From 1991 to 1996, Mr. Chen was a product manager at AST. Mr. Chen graduated with a B.A. in Economics from University California Irvine. He holds an MBA from Pepperdine University. Tziporet Koren has served as Mellanox's vice president of networking software since March 2014. Mrs. Koren brings more than 20 years of expertise in developing and managing software products. Mrs. Koren joined Mellanox in 2001 and has successfully led the development of InfiniBand and Ethernet drivers across all operating systems and has been the leader of OFED industry releases from 2006 till 2013. Prior to Mellanox, she spent 12 years at Intel in both CAD and Software Simulation domains. Mrs. Koren received her B.Sc. (summa cum laude), and M.S. degrees in Computer Science from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Hillel Chapman has served as senior principal engineer since March 2014. Previously, Mr. Chapman was Mellanox's chip design principal engineer from 2006 to 2014. From 2000 to 2006, he served as an engineer and successfully held various chip design roles. Mr. Chapman holds a B.Sc. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
