Jensen as President and Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors effective March 10, 2014. Mr. Jensen previously held the position of President and CEO at Group Dekko, Inc. Jensen replaces Ed Caselden, who helped build L-com from a small family-run business into a diversified global manufacturer. As previously announced, Ed will remain a significant shareholder and serve on the Board of Directors. In his prior experience Mr. Jensen has managed businesses across a range of industries and end markets. Prior to joining Group Dekko, he was President and CEO of Alcoa's Electrical and Electronics Solutions (AEES, Inc.), a global leader in vehicle electrical and electronics systems. Before that, he held senior management and executive roles at ITT industries and Eaton Corporation. Mr. Jensen holds a bachelor's degree from Lake Superior State University in mechanical engineering technology, is a graduate of the Strategic Management Program at Ashridge Business School, and is a certified six sigma greenbelt by the University of Michigan.
