The MADC-010736 is an innovative integrated receiver solution for customers who need a high performance receiver in the 42GHz PtP radio band. This product has an impressive IIP3 of 6dBm (typical at IF=2GHz), as well as excellent noise figure, conversion gain and image rejection. The LNC has an integrated LO buffer, LO doubler, LNA, and balanced image reject mixer. Operating over the 42 GHz band, the device is packaged in a 6mm lead free laminate package that is RoHS compliant and compatible with reflow temperatures to 260 °C, allowing it to be assembled into the application using standard surface mount production lines.

"The high 3rd order intermodulation performance of the MADC-010736 LNC enables customers to implement very high orders of modulation, using either direct down-conversion or an IF frequency up to 3.5GHz", said David Richardson (News - Alert), Product Line Director, Wireless. "With the highest IIP3 on the market, as well as very competitive conversion gain, noise figure, and image rejection, this product is a high performing addition to the existing MACOM 42GHz chipset."

The table below outlines typical performance:

Parameter     Units     MADC-010736
Frequency     GHz     40.5-43.5
Conversion Gain     dB     12
Image Rejection     dBc     30
Input IP3     dBm (News - Alert)     6
Noise Figure     dB     3.5
LO Power     dBm     0
DC Current (ID1+ID2+ID3)     mA     290

Production quantities and samples of MADC-010736 are available from stock. Final datasheets and additional product information can be obtained from the MACOM website at: www.macomtech.com
