KKR & CO. L.P. FILES (8-K) Disclosing Change in Directors or Principal Officers, Regulation FD Disclosure, Financial Statements and Exhibits(Edgar Glimpses Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers. On March 14, 2014, David Drummond was appointed to the Board of Directors of KKR Management LLC, the general partner of KKR & Co. L.P., and its Conflicts Committee. Mr. Drummond will receive KKR Management LLC's customary cash compensation for its non-executive directors, consisting of a prorated annual cash retainer of $75,000. In addition, the Board of Directors authorized a grant of 2,606 restricted equity units under the KKR & Co. L.P. 2010 Equity Incentive Plan to Mr. Drummond. Mr. Drummond also entered into KKR Management LLC's and KKR & Co. L.P.'s customary indemnification agreement for its non-executive directors.
