Flexiant's Head of Research Projects, Craig Sheridan, will share his views in a pre-FIA workshop keynote session "Cloud Computing: The SME and Industry Perspective" on Tuesday 18th March 2014 within the "Future of Cloud Computing" track. With a focus on service providers and the increasing need for advances in multi-grained elastic provisioning, Sheridan will discuss the impact of the increased industry uptake of cloud computing over the last few years. He will showcase why it has caused an increased demand from end-users and service providers for multi-grained elastic provisioning, resource scaling, interoperability and legacy systems integration. Lastly, he will highlight why this triggers the need for service providers to innovate and differentiate themselves in the market place to provide these services.
