Synaxons investment in sales through service delivers positive growth for members
(M2 PressWIRE Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Warrington -- Synaxon, the UKs leading dealer group for IT and office products resellers, has announced a further significant investment in driving its sales though service strategy, with the launch of its revamped iTrends marketing package.
The updated iTrends offering provides subscribing members with a quarterly 40-page catalogue^*, personalised with their logo and contact details. The catalogue contains no prices resellers are provided with separate pricing file, from which they can set their own margins.
The catalogue is designed to enhance the professional image of individual member companies, whilst showcasing new technology products from world-leading brands. The personalised catalogue can be mailed to prospects by the member company, or handed to customers in person by account management or engineering staff when visiting clients on-site.
As a cost-effective effective alternative, Synaxon partner distributor, Ingram Micro, can include the individual resellers branded catalogues inside the box with any direct own-label deliveries it makes to end-user customers on the resellers behalf.
An online virtual version of the iTrends catalogue is also available for participating members to use. A generic web banner is also available for resellers to use on their own website or as a link within emails to drive traffic to their virtual catalogue.

The e-shots are emailed to the members own prospecting distribution list, which is held within the secure iTrends portal and can be amended and updated by the member at any time.
