Micrel Offers New Generation of Miniature High Side Load Switches Capable of Delivering up to 3A in 1mm x 1.5mm Package(Marketwire Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) SAN JOSE, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 03/07/14 -- Micrel, Inc. These small devices feature true reverse current protection with a wide input voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V. This makes them ideally suited for low power or space-constrained applications such as smart phones, tablets, mobile computers, set top boxes, and solid state drives.
