(6th CD), issued the following news release: Today, Congresswoman Doris Matsui (CA-06), a member of the Communications and Technology Subcommittee, issued the following statement on the Federal Communications Commission's announcement of policy recommendations to reinstate the Open Internet Rules which were struck down by the DC Circuit Court: "I am pleased that Chairman Wheeler is moving forward to preserve the FCC's ability to enforce net neutrality rules.
