CCA Members Highlight Syniverse's Policy Management Platform

TAMPA, Fla. --(Business Wire)--

The Competitive Carriers Association (CCA) has joined with Syniverse (News - Alert) to highlight Syniverse's Policy Management Platform, a comprehensive portfolio of solutions that enable CCA's more than 100 U.S.-based operator members to provide high-quality mobile experiences for their end users.

"Our highest priority is our carrier members, and we support providers whose solutions can help CCA members improve their operations and better serve their end users," said Steven K. Berry, President and CEO, CCA. "Syniverse's portfolio is a perfect example, and we look forward to continuing what's been a mutually beneficial relationship."

The solutions that comprise Syniverse's Policy Management Platform include its Data Roaming Engine, Diameter Signaling Service, Revenue Assurance, Messaging Trust Service, Mobile Intelligence and Real-Time Intelligence solutions, all of which are supported by the company's IPX Network . These solutions enable numerous benefits, including messaging spam protection, bill shock prevention, and service assurance while preparing mobile network operators for the transition to LTE (News - Alert).

"The Syniverse portfolio of solutions will help to reimagine the service provider model for CCA members, enabling the operators to deliver proactive, real-time mobile experience management," said John Wick, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Mobile Transaction Services (News - Alert), Syniverse. "By leveraging data in real-time, operators are now able to quickly resolve performance issues, maximize subscriber data value and enhance the end-user experience."

CCA members Carolina West Wireless and SI Wireless recently turned to the Syniverse platform to ensure high-quality experiences for their end users.

"Syniverse's global reach, extensive history and willingness to customize solutions for our business, were all important considerations when we decided to implement their Policy Management Platform," said Slayton Stewart, CEO, Carolina West and CCA Business Innovation Group Co-Chair. "By having the technologies in place to prepare for LTE, enable global interstandard roaming and monitor experiences in real time, we anticipate extremely positive results for our end users."

With the inclusion of Real-Time Intelligence, the solutions that make up the Syniverse Policy Management Platform are particularly effective tools for mobile network operators to achieve holistic customer-experience management, including quality and traffic monitoring, proactive testing, and tailored outreach to premium and low-usage customers.

"It is critical for us to be able to anticipate our customer needs and optimize experiences through a cloud-based managed platform," said Terry Addington, CEO, SI Wireless and CCA Business Innovation Group Co-Chair. "With the Syniverse solutions we use, we're able to assure that our end users will be treated to an optimal experience."
