Kiboga Announces Shareholder Meeting

Gary Morris, President of Kiboga Systems Inc., and Dr. Greg Pucel, Authorized Shareholder Representative, have called a meeting of the shareholders of Kiboga to discuss the status of the company and the necessary steps required to re-list and redistribute the shares of the Delaware-based and former fully-reporting NASDAQ company, Greystone Digital Technology, Inc., "GSTN", so as to unwind the 2004 Share Exchange Agreement which effectively returns the shares of "STN" to the current holders of Kiboga stock and subsequently perfects ownership interests with regards to any Objecting Buyer Owner Assignments of Kiboga/Greystone shares. Craig Capua, attorney and partner with Royce West and Associates, will be in attendance to address the shareholders with regards to specific legal matters affecting the company and the timing and nature of the desired outcome of those specific legal matters. Shareholders will also open for discussion and put to vote, the payment and reimbursement of legal fees necessary to effect the desired outcome.
