Apple's iOS in the Car UI screenshots leak [T-break Tech (Middle East)]

(T-break Tech (Middle East) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) App developer Steven Troughton-Smith today posted several images of what appears to be Apple's upcoming iOS in the Car interface. It is unclear how Troughton-Smith obtained the images. He had declined to comment when asked for clarification.

The leaked screenshots offer a glimpse into Apple's much awaited feature, which was announced alongside iOS 7. The feature is designed to provide iOS integration in automobiles, offering an iOS-style interface to allow users to make calls, use Maps, control music, and more.

It is interesting to note that these screenshots differ from the marketing material used by Apple, although it can be chalked up to the evolutionary nature of software development.

A number of car manufacturers have expressed interest in including iOS in the Car in their 2014 models, including BMW, Audi, Chevrolet, and more. However, it is unclear when Apple plans to release the final version of the platform. Its website still list it as a "Coming Soon" feature.  Via, MacRumors.
