Under the agreement, Medline will have exclusive rights to market and distribute MEDITE's histology equipment and consumable product portfolio in the U.S. & Canada. Medline has demonstrated steady growth with 2013 revenue of more than $5.7 billion, and is the largest privately held manufacturer and distributor of healthcare supplies in the United States. The company markets a wide variety of products serving the entire continuum of care.
