Kirby McInerney LLP is investigating potential claims against the Board of Directors of American Pacific Corporation ("American" or the "Company") (NASDAQ:APFC) concerning the proposed acquisition of the Company by H.I.G. Capital, LLC ("H.I.G."). Under the terms of the definitive merger agreement, American stockholders will receive $46.50 in cash for each share of American owned, valuing the transaction at approximately $392 million.
