ConAgra recently upgraded its BMC Remedy OnDemand software. The extraordinary consistency between versions created a seamless migration path, allowing ConAgra to focus on system process changes instead of business maintenance issues, as it often the case. Spikes in customer contact often follow new application rollouts. With the BMC Remedy OnDemand upgrade customer interruption was virtually nonexistent, allowing IT to maintain a business-as-usual workflow.
