Mr. Pacyna is the former Chief Executive Officer of Siemens' North American Power Transmission and Distribution Divisions. At Siemens, Mr. Pacyna transitioned the company into one of the leading T&D technology and smart grid solution providers in North America by directing the addition of new business lines, developing new products and pursuing significant acquisitions. He is currently the CEO of Falfurrias Capital Partners' North American T&D Group.

With over 30 years of experience in the energy industry, Mr. Pacyna began his career with Westinghouse Electric where he served in management roles globally. After Siemens acquired Westinghouse's power generation business in 1998, he assumed the role of Senior Vice President, Global Strategy & Corporate Development within the Siemens Power Generation Group. Upon becoming President & CEO of Power Transmission & Distribution Inc. in 2002, he led the group through a period of turnaround and transformational growth until his retirement.
