Sensus appoints new chairman


Aug 26, 2013 (MarketLine via COMTEX) -- Sensus, a provider of clean-technology solutions, has appointed Lou D'Ambrosio as chairman of the board of directors.

D'Ambrosio succeeds Jonathan "Jeb" Boucher, Managing Partner of The Jordan Company. D'Ambrosio will lead the overall strategy and direction of the company, working closely with management and the Board. Boucher will remain on the Board.



"Lou has been an invaluable Board member over the past three years. His leadership, strategic savvy and customer focus will serve Sensus very well," said Boucher. "We are delighted Lou has agreed to assume the role of Chairman and will be an integral part of our company going forward." Lou D'Ambrosio served as CEO of two Fortune 500 companies, Sears Holdings and Avaya, Inc. He also spent 16 years at IBM in various domestic and international executive roles and was a member of its Worldwide Management Committee.
