Easy Solutions Names Alberto Arango VP of Worldwide Sales


Jun 20, 2013 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- Easy Solutions, a fraud protection company, appointed Alberto Arango as Vice President of Worldwide Sales, helping the company to capitalize on increasing demand for its fraud protection offerings.

Arango is a sales executive with a history of building teams that deliver revenue growth across markets for companies. His hire comes on the heels of Easy Solutions' recent $11M in venture funding, which the company will utilize to expand its presence globally, and the company's positioning as a 'Visionary' in Gartner's 2013 "Magic Quadrant for Web Fraud Detection." "Easy Solutions is clearly the hottest company in the high-growth fraud protection market, and the breadth of their solutions for stopping cross-channel fraud is unparalleled," said Arango. Before joining Easy Solutions, Arango was Vice President of Sales for the Southern US for British Telecom, leading his team to win the Operation of the Year award in North America. This achievement capped off four years of consistently leading sales projections while directing an industrious sales force with an outstanding customer satisfaction rate.

Prior to BT, Arango was Director of Sales for Latin America at IBM Internet Security Systems, where he opened new markets for ISS in Latin America, and consistently returned double-digit annual growth. Arango started in the industry with MCI Telecommunications, where he later honed in his sales leadership in Mexico with MCI's JV Avantel, overseeing a team that broke global sales records, reaching 10 percent market share in just one year.
