SOASTA Appoints Jive Software CFO and Former Mercury Interactive Executive to Board of Directors

SOASTA^®, Inc., the leader in mobile and cloud testing, today announced Bryan LeBlanc, a 20-year veteran of financial and investor relations at public high-tech and software companies, has joined the SOASTA (News - Alert) board of directors and will also serve as chair of the audit committee. LeBlanc, SOASTA's first independent board member, currently holds the position of chief Financial officer (CFO) of Jive Software (News - Alert), Inc. Previously he was a key member of Mercury Interactive's executive team, where he helped drive substantial growth in both the size of the business and the company's market value, leading to the acquisition by Hewlett-Packard (News - Alert) for $4.5 Billion.

Bryan is a seasoned finance and business professional. He joined Jive Software in 2008 as the chief financial officer and is responsible for all financial, accounting, IT and operational aspects of Jive's business. At Mercury Interactive Corporation, the leader in business technology optimization solutions, he served as vice president of finance and operations. He was also on the Board of Directors at Borland Software Corp., a leader in application life cycle management.
