Xirrus appoints vice president of sales for AmericasJun 17, 2013 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) -- Xirrus, a provider of wireless network services, has announced the appointment of Cary Kosher as vice president of sales for the Americas. Kosher was most recently vice president of sales at Aerohive Networks. Kosher's 20+ year technology career also includes senior-level positions at Atrato Networks, Cisco Systems (Airespace), Napera Networks, Polivec, and WatchGuard Technologies. "Bringing Cary Kosher's widely respected sales experience and leadership to Xirrus adds tremendous value to our company, our partners, and ultimately our customers," noted Shane Buckley, Xirrus CEO. "Cary has a strong track record of global sales management and execution driving market-leading growth and category leadership. Kosher's career in networking technology began with WatchGuard Technologies as the senior vice president of sales. Kosher then brought his growth strategy to Polivec in 2002. The following year, Kosher joined Cisco (Airespace) as the regional manager for the Western US and Canada. Before joining Aerohive, he served as the vice president of strategic accounts at Atrato, leading business development strategy, activities, and relationships with global partners, including IBM, Microsoft and AT&T.
