In his new position Mr Cravotta will own the SingleHop product lifecycles through all phases, from conceptualization to market. All channels of SingleHop's service will also be managed by Mr Cravotta including the company's 24/7/365 tech support. He will enforce SingleHop's customer bill of rights and maintain communications transparency to ensure service standards are met, the company said. Mr Cravotta previously worked at Tier 3 as senior vice president Worldwide Sales where he led several initiatives to increase global market share for the company's cloud-based services. Before Tier 3 he spent three years as the vice president of Worldwide Sales and Sales Engineering at DataPipe, an IT managed services firm.
