Ben Siebach brings extensive financial and operational experience to OptiSense in a variety of industries across North America, Europe and Asia.

Ben's hands-on leadership across manufacturing, engineering, consumer goods and global trade brought him to Sorenson Capital Partners, a private equity group with $650M under management focused on middle market growth investments.

While with the Performance Group, Ben served as an advisor to portfolio company senior management across Sorenson's portfolio of consumer goods, distribution, construction, aerospace, and light manufacturing companies.
