Icreon Tech and New York Road Runners Join Forces to Roll Out Online Hub


Jun 10, 2013 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- Icreon Tech Inc., a IT consulting firm, in collaboration with New York Road Runners, a non-profit race production organization, unveiled a more personalized and customer centric web experience for NYRR members via MyNYRR.



According to a release, MyNYRR is now the digital hub for NYRR members and will serve as an online destination for members to socialize outside of their races and events.

Using MyNYRR, members are now able to: -Register for races -View and sign up for volunteer opportunities -Upload medical documentation -Track race registration purchases and classes "As NYRR has grown from 40 members in 1958 to more than 60,000 today, we realized that the needs of our organization and our members have changed, and technology plays a vital role in addressing these needs," said Mike Benyo, CIO of NYRR. "By working with Icreon Tech, we have revamped our backend technology, which has allowed us to make our processes more efficient, while at the same time, and most importantly, providing a more personalized experience to our members." "The NYRR executive team and its board had a vision for the way technology could be leveraged to revitalize the interaction and relationship between the NYRR and its dedicated members," said Himanshu Sareen, CEO of Icreon Tech.
