AudienceScience Elects New CEO and CFOMay 29, 2013 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- AudienceScience said that it has strengthened its management team with the announcement of two C-Suite appointments to lead efforts in expanding the company's proprietary Gateway SaaS enterprise platform for brand marketers. In a release, the Company said that the new CEO, former AudienceScience President Mike Peralta, will oversee all AudienceScience functional areas. With over 20 years of business experience, including 14 years in the advertising technology sector, Peralta's expertise across multiple aspects of marketing and advertising technologies makes him ideally suited to lead AudienceScience into its next stage. "We are on the cusp of a significant pivot in the ad tech sector where brands will take more control of their digital marketing technology investments and ROI," said Peralta. "The AudienceScience Gateway platform is well positioned to be a strong catalyst for this shift and I'm excited to lead our talented team in pursuit of industry adoption." AudienceScience said that Peralta's background includes numerous executive positions in the US, Europe and Asia including time with Advertising.com, AOL, Tumri and MediaMath. Peralta has also been appointed to the AudienceScience Board of Directors. Additionally, Robert Chamberlain has been named CFO. Chamberlain is a 20-year technology sector veteran with more than 30 years in finance. He most recently served as CFO of PopCap Games, Inc., from August 2009 through September 2011. During his tenure he was an integral part of the senior management team that executed a successful sale of PopCap Games for $1.3 billion to Electronic Arts in August 2011. He has served as the CFO of various technology companies including F5 Networks, Onyx Software Corp., and WatchGuard Corp.
