Mars Advertising Taps New SVP, Client Service and eCommerceMay 23, 2013 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- Allan Peretz has joined MARS Advertising as Senior Vice President, Client Service and eCommerce. According to a release, Peretz will have client service responsibility for Walmart and will also lead the continued evolution of MARS' eCommerce capabilities. Mars said Peretz joins MARS from Procter & Gamble and brings with him with over 16 years of experience in Shopper Marketing, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, and IT. Most recently, he was a member of P&G's Global Digital & eCommerce Leadership Team and had strategic responsibility for P&G's direct-to-consumer eCommerce capabilities in North America, Asia, and Europe. Peretz is also an accomplished Shopper Marketer who initiated and led the Gold Effie winning Gillette "Look Your Best, Play Your Best" program as well as the Walmart / P&G / USO "Operation: Family Connect" program which raised over 4 million minutes of phone time for US troops and families. His brand management responsibility covered a number of household names including Bounce, Downy, Dawn, and Ivory. Prior to marketing, Peretz worked in IT both as a consultant and at P&G.
