EVault names Brett Flinchum as new VP of Worldwide Operations


May 22, 2013 (M2 EQUITYBITES via COMTEX) -- EVault Inc, a division of Seagate Company (Nasdaq:STX) and a provider of cloud-connected backup and recovery services, today announced the appointment of Brett Flinchum as vice president of worldwide operations.

According to the company, Flinchum's appointment coincides with the unveiling of its customer experience management (CEM) vision, which will streamline customer touchpoints and deliver satisfaction across the entire spectrum of interactions between EVault and its 43,000 customers. To drive this transformation, EVault has created a new CEM group, designed to deliver the best customer experience in the market, and a new operations department headed by Flinchum tasked with ensuring EVault delivers on the promise of CEM.

In his new role, Flinchum will lead EVault's worldwide operations department, which is responsible for business services, IT operations, technical support, customer and expert services.


Most recently, Flinchum was COO at MegaPath Corporation, formerly Covad Communications.
