inContact Q1 net loss decreasesMay 21, 2013 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) -- inContact, Inc, a provider of cloud contact center software and contact center agent optimization tools, has reported that net loss and comprehensive loss for the first quarter ended March 31, 2013 was $1.16 million, or $0.02 loss per share, compared to a net loss and comprehensive loss of $1.87 million, or $0.04 loss per share, for the same quarter ended March 31, 2012. Total net revenue for the first quarter ended March 31, 2013 was $31.64 million, compared to $25.56 million for the same quarter ended March 31, 2012. Loss from operations for the first quarter ended March 31, 2013 was $1.06 million, compared to a loss from operations of $1.71 million for the same quarter ended March 31, 2012. Total assets as of March 31, 2013 were $93.47 million, compared to $96.35 million, as of December 31, 2012. We closed a total of 57 contracts, 39 with new customers and 18 with existing customers.
