Mr. Buggy will participate in the session "Extending the Customer Relationship through Tech Support" on Wednesday, May 22 at 11:15 am.

The interactive panel session, moderated by Patrice Samuels, Research Analyst, Parks Associates (News - Alert) examines consumer support interests and needs.   • Parks Associates research finds that global unit sales of connected CE, including smart TVs, connected Blu-ray players, connected game consoles, media tablets, and digital video media receivers, will grow from approximately 247 million in 2012 to nearly 734 million by 2017.
