Relatively Low EPS Growth Detected in Shares of Microsoft in the Systems Software Industry (MSFT, CHKP, FTNT, ORCL, SYMC)


May 21, 2013 (SmarTrend(R) News Watch via COMTEX) -- Below are the three companies in the Systems Software industry with the lowest year-over-year expected earnings per share (EPS) growth rates. The long-term growth rate is the expected annual increase in operating EPS over the next three to five years.Microsoft ranks lowest with a EPS growth of 10.6%. Following is Check Point Software Technologies with a EPS growth of 13.9%. Fortinet ranks third lowest with a EPS growth of 18.8%.

Oracle follows with a EPS growth of 25.0%, and Symantec rounds out the bottom five with a EPS growth of 28.3%.
